  • Awesome build
Set name: 5070/32G
Works Great! Haven't had any problems with it when playing games, working on docs, or even running stuff like Unity.

  • Good!
Set name: 5060/32G
I’ve been using this for a while before I write a review. I’m pretty impressed on what it can do. I wanted to upgrade my PC so just looking for something quick. It can handle tons of games with ease and is quick set up. Some of the directions to set up weren’t too clear so it took me a second to figure it out, but overall really fast. Performance is good, I haven’t found a game that it can’t handle with ease. The tower itself is genuinely silent. Overall it’s a very good, and pretty PC. ... show more

  • KOTIN IS AMAZING
Set name: 5070/32G
I love the design of this case. I did, however return the PC. The reason this still gets 5 stars if because the company that build this PC might just have the best customer service in the world! Now, the reason for my return was the little screen was bad and it started only booting up half of the time. It was simply a hardware issue with no fault of the company. They are great and I would totally buy a PC from them again if I needed. ... show more

  • Fast, and stays cool.
Set name: 5060 Ti/16G
I've played EVE Online on this computer since I received it a week ago. Running at Highest Graphics settings. Average CPU Temp is kept around 136 degrees. Average Clock cycle is 4934Mhz. Highest CPU Temp has been 163 degrees, Highest dGPU Temp 129. I experience a slight lag occasionally with only 16Gb Memory, but otherwise it operates beyond expectations. There was some outgassing as the components cooked in, proved it was new. No generic components. The memory is the only oddball. EpicGear doesn't seem to be main market, yet. Finding another 16gig CL40 card to match is proving difficult. All in all, I'm satisfied. ... show more

  • Very fun p.c.
Set name: 5070/32G
I am surprised by the price of this pc! The specs are exactly as advertised. And it's a beast of a p.c. this thing will even do some light 4k gaming with the right settings. Absolutely love this thing, this is the better option over the steam machine. Assembled perfectly as well. Will update if I encounter any problems that should be noted. ... show more

  • Buyer beware: "tested" units may ship with months of prior use and no real support behind them
Set name: 5070/32G
If you're considering this PC, three things from my experience are worth knowing before you order. I bought this build (RTX 5070, Ryzen 7 9700X, 32GB DDR5) on June 13 for just under $1,900, and I have a professional tech support background, so everything below is documented, not impression. First: the "fully assembled and tested" claim did not hold for my unit. Windows Update history shows security updates successfully installed on this computer on April 28, April 29, May 18, and May 19, weeks before I purchased it. That means the machine was powered on, online, and in use by someone for months before it was sold to me as new. Event Viewer contained 13,487 errors and warnings, with logon activity on those same pre-purchase dates. When I raised this, the seller's own representative admitted in writing that the PC "was not properly cleaned or reset before shipping." Whatever unit you receive, check Windows Update history and Event Viewer the day it arrives. The dates will tell you immediately whether your PC is actually new. Mine wasn't reset, and the fault it carried was never fixed. Second: know what "lifetime free technical support" actually got me. A phone technician who suggested zero diagnostics, no memory test, no drive check, who asked repeatedly for a photo of an intermittent crash that can't be staged, mentioned he was at lunch, and promised to call back within the hour and email test software. Neither happened. The next contact was a chat that restarted troubleshooting from the beginning, where the only suggestion offered was reinstalling Windows, before anyone had reviewed the error details. Worth noting: a reinstall would also have erased the event logs, update history, and crash dumps, every record of this machine's pre-purchase use and the nature of its fault. Save your evidence before following any reinstall advice. When I asked for an advance replacement so I would not be left without the computer I had just bought, they refused, citing company policy. For contrast, here's what competent support looks like, and I know because I did this work professionally: pull the crash dumps the machine already saved, run a free overnight memory test, identify the failing component, and cross-ship a replacement part so the customer is never without their computer. Every step of that was available here. None of it happened. Third: the defect was real, identifiable, and the kind competent testing catches. In under three weeks of use, the machine blue-screened with five different stop codes (0x1e, 0x3b, 0xd1, 0xf7, plus kernel-level hardware error events), USB devices died until I hard-powered off, and Reliability Monitor logged critical failures on nearly every day of actual use, seven on July 7 alone. So before boxing it up, I ran MemTest86 myself, the free test their support never suggested. Result: FAIL, 10 errors, every one the identical single-bit flip in a localized address range, the signature of a defective memory module, and the same corruption behind the machine's blue screens. The diagnosis their lifetime support couldn't produce across a phone call and a lengthy chat took one USB stick and one overnight run. A machine this unstable does not survive a real burn-in test, which tells you what "tested" meant for my unit. The parts list is attractive and the price is tempting, and other buyers report good units, so maybe most are. But the QA process that let mine ship used, unreset, and unstable, and the support system that couldn't diagnose it afterward, are the same process and support system standing behind whatever unit you receive. I returned mine within Amazon's 30-day desktop window. If you buy one and see problems, don't burn your window on their troubleshooting. The window is the only leverage you have. ... show more

  • Great Pre-Build for the price
Set name: 5070/32G
Runs all my games on ultra/4k with 250fps+ at times with cool CPU temps of at most 65-70 degrees Celsius while gaming. Great build for the price with today’s market, would recommend getting the 5070 for the 12gb VRAM. Only thing added was +32gb RAM. Will eventually swap out CPU cooler or add extra storage but the desktop is fine straight out of the box. ... show more
