I can't rate on the fire resistant aspect but for my purpose it should work. I want to protect my hay storage from embers if a fire so used this like a curtain and can close up if needed. I was able to use it double since there were grommets down the center. Seems like good quality for the price.

Tarps look fine, haven't been fire-tested, thank goodness. I am using them to cover firewood stacks, during the fire season. No one around here could give me a solution for fire-proofing the wood piles. I am glad you had these tarps in your inventory.

simply put this tarp on our dock during a fireworks display, did nothing to prevent small fires from burning the dock. Embers from falling fireworks, or cardboard that caught on fire on the dock burned right thru these tarps.

I thought I had repaired/taped the section that was leaking, but this week's rains proved that I'll have to tape the entire raised seam (that holds the center row of grommets). And there's no guarantee that the tape will fix the leaks as the first section I taped is still passing some water. A tarp that leaks, what will they think of next ! ... show more
