It took me a few days to decide what recliner to choose. I read the reviews of Korser and almost all of them were very good. I am so glad I did it. I ordered one in beige color, fabric style, they said will come in 7 Days and it came in 3. It is sooooo good, any problem at all. The instructions to set it up were very clear. The connections go red with red, white white white, black with black. It is very quiet, smooth, the massage and the heat are a relief. I am 68 yo. With a bad sciatic nerve and a lot of pain in my back. This furniture is very comfortable and very pretty. It has been 3 days of having it and so far so good. I hope nothing gets wrong. I really recommend this item.

I’m really happy with this power recliner. The quality is excellent, and the linen fabric feels durable yet comfortable. It’s very cozy in the living room and quickly became my favorite spot to relax. All the features: power lift, recline, massage, and heating work smoothly with the remote. The cup holders are super handy, and the beige color fits nicely with my décor. As you can see from the photos I uploaded, it looks exactly like the item description. Assembly was simple, and the chair feels sturdy once put together. Definitely recommend!

this is what i was needing it lifts and reclines very smoothly you can barely hear it i live in an upstairs apt and its perfect and its heating and message feels great all kinds of different settings for the message the heat heats up the lumbar portion of your back feels really nice and its cushion is very comfortable and for the price unless you just wanna spend alot of money for another brand which dont make sense to me this recliner is a great purchase.

This chair has been a total lifesaver after abdominal surgery! The massage is great too! Took off one star because I wish the fabric was softer. Side note:if you're a tall person, the leg part might be a little short.

It's a pretty pretty small chair, it's not comfortable, the wires connected to control are short and looks ugly in the side, the lift system doesn't hold the position that you selected if you laydown the chair moves all the way down like it do not supposed to do that, size is small like im 5'7 and my legs and back does fit looks like it meant to be for someone smaller than that, massage system is horrible its just an uncomfortable vibration, not local as advertised, color is bad is like something yellowish, really disappointed with this chair, also I'm trying to return and the seller send me a fake or wrong label just to make this difficult and make me lose the time frame to return, thankfully Amazon is working on that so please be consistent of that when you considering buy it, definitely not recommend.
