I am impressed with this recliner. First off, assembly was simple—from box to fully functional chair. Instructions were simple, but you barely need them. The chair itself is wide, supportive, and the fabric appears to be high-quality, and easy-to-clean. It feels very durable. The special features are great: the massage feature is wonderfully comfortable (just enough vibration to relax you—easy to fall asleep in) and the heat works perfectly to add soothing comfort. The remote is simple, allowing you to choose between the four zones and set a timer. Thought this was a good value for the money. Easy to assemble. Comfortable enough however the back does not recline so a no go for me for napping. Technically it reclines but I'm not super strong so I cannot accomplish that. And this chair can be difficult to get out of if you have arthritis in hips or back or lack strength in your legs to push the bottom back to start position. So just be aware of whether these issues will work for you before purchasing. Not a year after purchase and this chair has come undone. The cord that engages the recline has unraveled and broken. And the bottom of the chair was assembled incorrectly during manufacture, something that was not apparent until trying to see if there was some way to fix the cord. There is not. What appeared to be a nice chair is actually not worth the hassle of having to replace every year. Seller was contacted but no response. Would not buy again.

This is a big recliner. Big enough for a 6' tall man and it is plenty wide. The material is soft . I am happy with the color I got the khaki color and it is a light beige I do not see any green in it. Controller is for heat, vibration, intensity and time, not for accuatal recline. Vibration works, heat works. I can hear the vibration next to my ear on the headrest and I do not like that part. But this is a gift for my parents. Cushions are soft and comfortable in upright position. The cushions feel a little stiffer in recline position. To lift foot rest you pull a corded handle that is to the right of the seat cushion( between seat cushion and armrest) All of the recliners I have had in the past had a handle on the side of the recliner you pull back on so not sure if this is a good feature. If it broke it would be difficult to replace. The recline is a little stiff ( a little hard to recline) when you lean back to a full recline.Great customer service I had one section damaged during transport and the company replaced it without me having to send back item. I did needed to send a photo of damaged item. The tracking is not great as each recliner comes in 2 boxes. I bought to recliners and I could not track the second recliner. I do believe if you buy this item and you want to return it because you don't like it for one reason or another you will have to pay the shipping. This is not free return shipping. For the money I would say this was a positive transaction. It would be nice if you could email back and forth direct, chat, or call company instead of having to go through the Amazon site.

I wanted to return this chair as I wanted a manual chair but this didn't state anywhere that is a power chair. The footrest will not stay up and I am unable to return it as I cannot repackage this huge chair by myself and cannot afford the cost of returning it. It is a nice chair but was expecting a manual chair. The footrest is very hard to put down, especially for an older person.

Chairs like this usually cost $500–$600 in stores, and I got this one for around $300 — such an amazing deal for this quality! It came in two boxes that make easy to assemble, it took me less than 20 min to set it up, it’s ligthy weight. I purchased this recliner chair with vibration massage and heat, and it has been a great addition to my living room. The massage function is gentle, perfect for relaxing muscles after a long day, and the heat feature makes the experience even better. The material is comfortable and feels durable. The reclining mechanism is a little tricky to adjust. It’s not a deep, spa-like massage, but for home use it’s perfect for unwinding and releasing tension.
