Not platinum. It's still very yellow. I had to bleach and tone to match my hair. Still a bit yellow undertones but as close as i can get it. Hair qua6is decent. It frizzes more than I expected even with product.

No way to thin, also I order the little longer one and got the shorter one which by the way is the same length as my own hair. I have sent messages with no response. This is unfortunate I would not recommend this to anyone. By the way still waiting for an response.

It’s okay. If you intend to wear it with a claw clip I’d advise buying a different claw clip for it as the one it came with was humongous and had no real tension to it. I’ve decided to use it as a drawstring hair piece and it’s okay for that but there is a lot of heavy track lines up top and very little hair covering it so I opted to sew in a few extra tracks and that helped a lot. The one thing I will say is it was for sure human hair as I was able to tone it just fine. The color I got (platinum) was your typical brassy 613 color so I’d assume if you want a cool tone it might be a good idea to buy a lighter color so you can counter act the warmth when darkening it (since I see a lot of reviews saying the brown is reddish). Overall it isn’t terrible, but don’t expect anything that looks great immediately out of the box you will likely have to put a little work into it.

This ponytail piece is nice but extremely long. I had to have my hairstylist take inches off. I wish the clip was a little smaller because hair has to be sure to cover clip. I think it’s priced a bit high. Did have my stylist dye it to my color as well.

This is an absolutely beautiful product. The hair is sooooo sofy and pretty. However I ordered a dark brown and got more of a medium auburn. So unfortunately i am returning it but i am going to re order the soft natural black. Also didn’t realize i ordered an 18 inch when i wanted a 12 or 14 inch.
