Arrived in two large boxes. Inside there were two compressed bags each. It was easy to bring inside abd unwrap. It took about 48 hours for the couch to fully decompress. It is a beautiful soft to the touch but medium couch. It is so comfortable. Even with pets this is easy to brush off or wipe down. It isn't duper tall but deep and relaxing. Tge arms and back are thick. The pillows are plush and cozy. It is very functional as you can arrange it in different ways. It supports your back with comfort. Our fur babies love this couch. My son wants this couch in his loft. It looks great and so comfortable

I was shocked to see how big the couch got after I took it out the box and gave it 48 hours. The ottoman is an extra bonus for a foot rest or extra seating.
