Good size containers for meal prep. Seal has little to no leaking as long as latches are in place properly; however, it is pretty easy to pop latches into wrong position which causes them to leak. As long as you pay attention to this, it's a non-issue. One of my dishes had a chip on the side upon arrival (image attached).
