Is really quiet which was one of the things I was concerned with. Really nice unit and shipping was fast. Remote could have a better lighted up display. Cools good but doesn’t really gets cold. My bedroom is 238 square feet and this is supposed to cool up to 350 square feet. I set it to the lowest temperature setting and turn off the energy saving mod. and my bedroom is comfortable but not really cold which I prefer. As far as the heat mode I did turn it on to see if it works. Anyway its mounted so I am not returning it but maybe should have ordered a bigger unit. ... show more

The sleeve sent is for the wall unit, not the window unit. I called the manufacturer and they said Amazon does that error all the time.

Bought this unit Jan2024. Used it once for a freeze. No heat at all. Turn it on today for AC, it blew air, not cold air. Seller will not respond and Amazon offers no HELP at all.
