I hardly EVER write a review. But this one deserves it big time. If you are looking for a kennel that is worth your money, this one is definitely it. Its sturdy, well made and well though out. There is only one thing I can say would improve the design, and that is to have a door on the side to allow you more options in placement in your home. BUT I do believe they sell one with that option I may have just over looked it. The assembly was a bit tricky because the parts aren't labeled and they all look the same. However they are not. If your not careful in assembling when it's all done the trays won't fit through the front correctly. Which is what happened to me. I had to reach out to the seller about it and they PROMPTLY responded with the solution and an apology. But even still I must say I'm very satisfied with the outcome. I also like that it's on wheels. It makes maintenance so easy. Two of the wheels do lock to prevent it moving when you dont want it to. Every time I open it and see my dog in it I am thankful I choose it. Having the slide out trys is very helpful as it allows the dirt and hair to fall from my dog freely and keep it off of him and it from being shook off into the air to spread around the room. I should also add that I have a Belgian Malinois who loves to run the yard like a track and picks up a lot of dirt and sheds a bunch. I will say as pet owner it would be best to get your dog a bed or something to escape the grate every now and then if they sleep in the kennel. Five stares for customer service and durability and for giving me what I feel might just be more than my money's worth.

Great sturdy kennel! It was quick to put together. Instructions weren’t super in depth but I got it put together by myself in about 30 minutes. The crate pan is under the grate so my dog can’t kick it out of the crate or tear it up - but it means you’ll want a mat or bed so pup isn’t laying directly on the grate itself (though it’s supportive enough to not be painful to walk on directly.) VERY heavy - package weight listed it over 70lbs - and strong metal bars. Two basic latches on the top hinged lid and the door and all other pieces bolted together. Does not fold, and check the dimensions - you may or may not be able to fit it through doorways after you put it together, so assemble it in place. It has wheels to make moving it easier, and two of the wheels have brakes to keep it from moving while dog is crates. If you don’t want to use the wheels I’d attach furniture sliders underneath. It is big, and as far as aesthetics…I mean it’s a big tiger cage. It is what it is. But it certainly looks much better quality than the standard wire crates and my dog has not been able to escape it the way he can from the wire ones, so the function is great. I went with one of the cheapest options I could find for the size and sturdiness I needed and I’m not disappointed. It’s a great space to keep my new puppy safe from ingesting anything unsafe while I’m not home (and keep my house safe from my new puppy.)

The crate arrived very quickly. Assembly took a little time, but it was straightforward and easy to complete. The quality and size are excellent, and my puppy has plenty of space. She looks calm and comfortable while inside the crate. The only issue was that one of the plastic trays arrived with a broken corner. I immediately contacted the seller through Amazon, and they responded the very next day. Within five days, I received two replacement trays at no additional cost. The communication with the seller was outstanding, and the speed at which the issue was resolved truly impressed me. I greatly appreciate the responsibility and professionalism shown throughout this process. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you again for your excellent service.

Very sturdy kennel! And I really love the double access point feature and the wheels that roll and lock. I did buy a pad so he didn't have to lay directly on the bars. Easy to clean though! The kennel is an odd size so it was a bit difficult to find a good pad for it. If anyone is looking Black Lab did fit well and has little plastic zip ties to secure it and for a good price. For reference, the dog is 95lbs in this picture and the person is 130ish. It's solid, just make sure you look at the recommend sizing.

The media could not be loaded. I'm looking at crates again because I have a puppy coming and I found that there are a million choices, but I never wrote at review! It's 2026 and I purchased this "jail" for Hank as a maniac puppy in 2024, knowing that he would always be a spinner! Spinners and/or enthusiastic BIG dogs will destroy a wire crate in short order! But not this crate! It's handled Hank just fine and clearly will for as long as needed. I spent considerable time vacuuming it this morning, and though I saw a couple of bolts that needed to be tightened, this crate is excellent quality, no rust that I could find, and the way it works is really handy! The inside bottom grates lift up and slide out to dust all around, or to clean if something seeped through. I have a thick pad in the bottom that I beefed up to give the monster dog extra padding for the times that he's in his "box", which is his command. He's a 100 pound German Shepherd who has only had one problem with the crate... before I had sufficient padding in it, and being a maniac puppy, he momentarily got a foot stuck in the space below the side walls. I don't think a normal dog would ever manage such a feat, but Hank is far from normal, and never got stuck again. ( He handled being stuck!) Anyway, the price seems to be considerably less these days, and though I don't intend to purchase a 54" crate for the NORMAL SIZED GSD who is coming, I plan to get the same brand! OH! The brakes on the wheels don't function as I might like... They'd need to be heavier duty and on every wheel to even make a stab at holding something this big still with a massive dog inside!
