I need to be better about writing reviews…because I read them when deciding what to buy. But this KOIOS personal blender is totally awesome! It is pure quality and at an amazing price. I have a huge $500 blender (will not mention name) that is also pure quality. But as I am getting older find I like simple things. This blender makes THE BEST smoothies! Very healthy and exactly why I bought it. Crushes frozen organic fruit perfectly! Smoothies are delicious! And the clean up is a couple minutes. One drop of dishwashing detergent, shake and hot water rinse and dry. I like that the 6 prong blade is attached to the lid. Less parts to hassle with. I absolutely would recommend the KOIOS blender! TEN STARS!!!! I am using it every day to make healthy smoothies. I like the fact this company focuses on making quality small appliances. That made me trust them to purchase their personal blender. Now I am trying to convince all my friends that they should buy this exact blender and make healthy smoothies. I am a registered nurse….protect your health with a healthy diet. Bought this mini blender to help me keep a cleaner kitchen when I make my smoothies. This compares to the higher wattage Nutri bullet brand and frankly I think it’s better. I bought three of them so that I could make smoothies quickly and efficiently for my entire family. Chops right through frozen berries fruits and ice. I don’t use ice that often in our drinks but when I do, this little beast will turn it to white powder snow. Be careful tho, one cube of ice was so hard, it cracked the cup when the blades threw it around. But the crack doesn’t leak so far. It’s a great little blender so far.

I clicked the link to go to the support website and it doesn't even load a page. I need a refund. No high wattage power blender like this should break down after less than 6 months. I have never put ice in it! The blades no longer spin. It's stuck! Last thing I did was puree already cooked cauliflower and after washing it realized the blades weren't spinning. I have also always hand washed it as instructed.
