It arrived in a cardboard box, undamaged. It included a tool that I didn't need for my application the pull cord and the fabric/vinyl. I'm probably going to start advertising to replace these as a business. I watched several videos on how to do these and that helped but the process took me about 4-1/2 hours by myself using a rivot gun and a pair of vice grips. I recommend using a ladder or a 4' high platform? I used a 24" and a 40" platform and I used wd-40 silicone spray from hftools. ... show more
