    • Hasn’t clogged once!

Update: 1 1/2 years in and still not 1 clog! I am getting this again to replace another toilet in the house, I like it that much. I have been using the Koehler K-3988-0 for about 2 months now. While the toilet I replaced clogged regularly (even on its last day... like a going away present), the Koehler has yet to clog once! It is also much quieter then I am used to. The only thing I wish was different would be the handle location. I now realize that a handle on the front left side would have been easier to reach. It being on the side (as was clearly shown) does not loose any stars since it is my fault for not realizing this would be a preference until after the purchase (and I’m only putting it here so others might consider this one detail in their search for a perfect throne). My only complaint with the toilet is that the hook ups are very visible along it's right side. Would have been a nice feature to provide some kind of casing or shell to cover it up and keep the elegant look.

I've had two of these for 2 years now, and they have plugged up enough times that I'm removing them and going to another brand. I'm not a large person, or have huge dumps, and I always make sure I push the higher gpm lever when I poop. This toilet is not recommended.

I have purchased two of these toilets so far, and plan for a third. I even installed them myself, without any professional plumbing training (lots of advice and youtube videos though!) I am yet to encounter a situation where I need to use the "full flush," as the partial flush does the job every time. The toilet height is perfect (I'm 5'9). I sent it back. Trying to decipher what is meant by "standard", "right height", "universal" and "comfort height", is a quagmire. I had wanted a taller toilet so I was looking for anything but "standard". I asked questions, some answered, some not.
