I build houses and remodel homes and I have NEVER purchased a toilet without a lid and seat. I don't even know what toilet seat to buy to make sure that it fits. So beyond disappointed that I have to deal with this. Building a home has it's own set of complications I shouldn't have to worry about finding a toilet seat and lid when I paid $400 for a toilet! Did not come with all the hardware I think it should have for the cost. Its a short toilet 15-3/4 tall with small tank, so if you had a large toilet and you get this toilet it will reveal all your wall imperfections. Just not impressed with this toilet for the cost. Recieved my toilet today. it took 3 weeks almost, less than the 4 to 6 weeks stated to deliver!!!!! It was packaged so nicely . You have to buy a toilet seat ,a standard round one not a elongated one.The tank was easy to install. I read on the other model Wellsworth to be careful with attaching the tank to make sure you tighten the bolts evenly, which we did, kind of .The back bolt had to be tighten lastly but we made sure it was level( use a level across the tank) and at the same height as the 2 front bolts( we just felt inside the tank to make sure the bolts were at the same height ) we attached the water supply , flused ,checked for leaks , no leaks. Flushed 4 more times no leaks!!!!! it is really a nice toilet and perfect in my bathroom. ... show more

The toilet didn’t come with screws to mount to the floor so I had to make a trip to the hardware store. But other than that installation was easy. It was nice to have the guts already installed in the upper part of the toilet.

Hi, I just got the toilet set. I'm very disappointed, since buying something what is Kohler's company it should be with the best quality. The top cover of the tank has scratches (factory defect), which on black color is visible! One of the three screws to connect the tank with the toilet is banded and the plastic around the screw is broken!!! And the last but not least, on the Amazon website picture the toilet is with the seat cover but the set which came is without that! It's not cheap one toilet so the quality should be on high top. I like the toilet and the color but I'll not recommend that product from the damage reasons. ... show more
