It fits great and the cutouts for keeping the third row seat in work great. The cutouts for the back anchors weren't in the right spot but I dont use them anyway. I feel like it will do great at keeping my carpet clean.

Fit my 2004 Tahoe perfectly. I'll have to pull up a couple corners if I need to use the cargo tie downs but, for as often as I've had to use them in the past, it's a non issue. Some reviews mentioned it being a problem, it wasnt. Mat layed in flat on all sides.
