Just installed it today and couldn’t wait to try it out! This seat is exactly what I hoped for in terms of the features. The only issue for me is that I have a round toilet and the opening of the seating is smaller than regular seat. Despite that it works just fine and does its job.

This is a quality control issue by the seller. This unit was a returned item that was resold. The bidet was not used; however, I can tell that this box was opened before. I managed to secure the seat without the black fittings that were designed to slide the seat forward and backward. Installation was easy. You do need to have a power point installed next to the toilet Best thing is the warm seat. Easy to use but not very effective. I would not recommend it. Quite disappointing.
