I was leery to buy an expensive toilet that had a single 1-star review. But, this thing checked all the boxes for me: -It’s skirted for easy cleaning on the outside -The flush handle is on the side (and not on top) - I didn’t want to pull a muscle straining to reach for a top-flushing button during a courtesy flush. The dual flush actually works GREAT. The #1 flush has a LOT of power. And so does the #2... -This is lower than many toilets - the top of the seat is about 16.5” — no need to add a plastic squatty potty to put you into the natural poo posture. Notes on cleaning: The inside and outside are very easy to clean. The inside keeps itself clean better than any other toilet I’ve ever had. I was worried because there isn’t a lot of water in the bowl. Worry not, the water is right where it needs to be. Most stains were coming from dropping the toilet paper outside the water. I'm no Steph Curry, but I’ve adjusted my aim and staining is now pretty minimal. When flushed, the water shoots out in two locations under the rim and then spins around the bowl. It’s a great design. Notes about installation: I had installed one or two normal toilets prior to this. This one is different but DIY friendly if you’re willing to read the directions and take your time. If not, a plumber could easily handle. Final thoughts: The product was not damaged in shipping. The entire toilet box was packed into another huge box with extra padding. I enjoy the unique seat as well. It’s wide and comfortable - a lot of thought went into every aspect of designing this toilet. I looked at knock-off brands but was worried about the negative reviews, and also about getting parts. Kohler will be around if I need parts for this. If I replace the other toilets in my house, I will definitely buy this toilet again. ... show more

    • Damaged package and broken toilet!

The toilet came broken! I watched the ups guy unload it and knew that it was broken without opening it. There were no fragile stickers on the package. The box was delivered damaged and torn! Don't waste your money!
