This device is very expensive and does not do these: Wireless connection to your phone. Bluetooth connection to your phone. Wifi connection to your phone's hot spot. Apple Car Play. Google maps only works if you are connected to your house wifi. Who needs that? Liters to gallons conversion. Only has liters. No way to upgrade the OS to a better version with needed features. No way to add additional apps. Waste of almost $600. ... show more

This was fairly easy to install, and while the display is nice, it’s a great addition to the BMW systems; you switch between the two to change satellite radio stations, check system stuff, reset the clock, etc. Two systems, operating independently. Had a minor issue, and had a rep from Koason replace the unit without any argument. Three day shipping, and a great experience. The screen looks like a IPS panel, and is bright even in direct sunlight, and it comes with nav, although you can change the program to whatever you like through WIFI. With no connectivity the GPS still works. Great buy! ... show more

If you want to upgrade you BMW's screen, this is a good option, you will have a screen size and some good gadgets like back up camera. Here are the things you need to know: 1. This is not by any means a OEM product, it is basically an Android device running on top of you BMW original BMW interface. 2. The android device takes almost 5 minutes to start once you turn on your car after few hours of been parked 3. If your car does not have bluetooth, this is a great upgrade for you, however the microphone is really bad, so you will have to find an external mic to be installed. 4. If you have bluetooth on your car, it could be a problem as while using the OEM bluetooth, you will loose some functionality of the device, but you will have a better hands free interface for your calls. 5. If you want to connect your iPhone via CarPlay, it has to be using the wire, otherwise, you will have to use the device's bluetooth and with that, if you have the OEM one, it will be disabled. 6. The previous/next buttons on your steering wheel will be disabled if you connect music via the Android device. 7. If you want to connect your iPhone via wireless and do CarPlay, you will have to buy a dongle. This is a very good option, but again the previous/next buttons on your steering wheel will be disabled Once again, I beleive this is a good upgrade to your BMW, however it is not as seamless as it should be. ... show more

I bought the screen monitor about 10 months ago and now it stopped working. Don’t waste your money on it. I am out $550. Amazon wouldn’t help at all. Thank you Amazon for not coming through

Seller and manufacture does not provide any updates and or offer customizations such as starup images like othe variations of this unit sold by AVIN or PEMP. The box the item came in is generic and does not even state Koason anywhere. Some apps are not available like disney plus.
