Description

The KnuKonceptz Kolossus Copper Aluminum (KCA) series battery cable consists of over sized, 34 gauge stranded, copper clad aluminum (CCA)conductors. Increasing the conductor size, KnuKonceptz was able to achieve similar performance compared to traditionally sized OFC cables. Following the load rating below, the use of the KCA Kable follows accepted industry standards for voltage drop over the rated distance. Applications include mobile audio and other 12V automotive applications. The KCA Kable features an ultra flex matte PVC jacket that makes it bend to any radius and stable in temperatures from -40C to 105C. This battery cable was designed specifically to be larger than the competition. Copper Clad Aluminum is less conductive than Oxygen Free Copper when comparing like sized conductors. CCA however is also much less expensive. By increasing the area in our KCA cable, KnuKonceptz was able to achieve similar performance to OFC, but without the higher cost. this is true 1/0 AWG cable here, i ordered this to support my 2400 watt RMS build. I tell you what, its nothing like that junk you find at retail stores, this is the real deal here and your getting way more than what you pay for. I was amazed to see they included a 250 Amp ANL style fuse, and a solid fuse block. Its a serious power kit for sure. If you buy this, Im 100 percent sure your gonna be satisfied. plus its pure copper all oxygen free, and its heavy grade. It will stand up to damn near anything, I really wish it came with firewall grommets, but oh well, im more than satisfied with the quality grade cable, I can find grommets anywhere, but finding best quality stuff for a hell of a deal, thats a rare thing to come by these days. Anyways, great product ill be doing more business in the future with KnuConcepts ... show more

1. This is less than half the price of the stinger hpm kit. 2. This goes around corners better than anything I've ever used. 3. It's solid stuff. Prepare to spend some time stripping the casing off. Even though it's flexible, the outer coating holds up to serious abrasion. 4. I literally bought it just for the wire, because it's such a good value, but the fuse holder that came with was solid too. 5. If you watch some of the crazy builds on youtube where the guys hook like 24 of the huge 16v kinetik batteries together and run 10k + watts, this is the wire they use. I recommend it to all my friends. GREAT VALUE ... show more

This is a great wire, and is powerful enough to power almost any car audio setup. I am running a dual battery setup, to power 2 Kicker L7 15s and 2 HIfonics Brutus 2000 Watt Amps. The wire is very high quality, and everything included works as described. My only recommendation for this wire, would have been to offer it in 18 or 20ft, once I wired this, I had ended up becoming around 1 ft short. Luckily, I had extra wire from my previous install, which I had linked to this. ... show more

Such a great kit. It comes with everything you need to get power to your amplifier kit. This wire is as good as the expensive kicker wire. It is so flexible it is uber easy to work with. This is now my new go to for power wire. I ordered a 8 gauge kit to complement this one for my smaller accessory amps. I found the same quality in the smaller kit too! The looks are spot on also. I do not like the way the bright red power cables look under the hood. Something about the dark satin blue and satin black cables under the hood look perfect. After buying Knu wire and comparing to other supposedly quality brands (e.g. Stinger), I have to say using Knu is a no-brainer. Their products are hands-down a better value and better made. I've attempted to upload a couple of photos comparing the Knu 0 gauge wire (blue) to the Stinger "Pro" 0 gauge wire (red). What a difference. The Knu has significantly more wire strands than the Stinger. Until I bought Knu, I had no idea that most manufacturers skimp on quality by making the outer insulation thicker. Knu wire products are WYSIWYG. You really are getting that gauge wire, if not greater. No comparison. Leaves everyone else (Stinger included) in the dust. And Knu products are cheaper too. ... show more

I bought this kit to upgrade my power and ground wires on my 96 ford probe gt. They made a huge difference and I had plenty of wire to do the job. I didn't have enough terminals to do the job however and none of my local stores carried anything close to the size I needed to attach this wire. If you do a job like this, make sure to order plenty of terminals. ... show more

got the cable before expected witch is good i also got everything that's in the picture and i really like using this cable because of how flexible it is and not like other cables that are way more plastic this is how 0 gauge is supposed to be ive only come across two brands that sell cable like this one is called SUONO but i believe those are all copper but this knukonceptz are still some of the best ... show more
