These knives are so sharp and amazing! I wish I would have bought them years ago… but be careful! I underestimated the sharpness of the scissors and punctured my wrist while opening a box. The scissor blade went in about a 1/2” and caused quite the scene. Thankfully I didn’t do much permanent damage except a raised scar and a little sensitivity. Definitely buy these knives! They looks amazing as knives and are sharp heck on arrival. Block looks good too! Docked a star because the attached sharpener is worse than useless and will definitely dull knives if you use it. I have a 7 stone kit so wasn't dependent on it. If the sharpener is a sell for you, reconsider because it's the saddest thing I've ever seen. Edit: Adding 2 pics since some people are liking this. Yes there's a watermark on my knife from the dishwasher, I'm not paid tofor this so not going out of my way to make it look nice lol. But it is a high quality blade and I enjoy the all steel grip. I think it'll last longer than my last set given it was the grips that went out on me. Anyways second pic is of the sharpener. It's a ceramic bit shaped a bit like a yoyo with a divot in the center. Problem is the slit the blade goes in isn't very narrow. Tried it on one and it scratched up the blade, plus dulled it so I used my stone kit and some polishing skills to resharpen after. It really is the absolute worst "sharpener" I've ever seen. The ceramic bit isn't even secured in any way so it jostles around too. Remove it and you have a nice set of knives lol. We were excited to get the package since we had used our current set for years. We opened the box with only 13 items in the box and we counted over and over, we figured the utility knife is missing. However, all the other seemed to be very nice and durable.

These are the sharpest knives I have used as a home cook, and I have been cooking for a long time. My husband actually cut his finger while inspecting (snoopying!) Poor dear. Cuts hard uncooked potatoes as though they were butter! Lightweight but cuts like a heavier knife.

So HAPPY I bought these! I was needing a new set and I wanted something super sharp that would cut anything. I do a lot of cooking and these are perfect! These have replaced my old stainless steel set which were pretty worthless at cutting, and these are just wonderful. The grip is great. They cut beautifully and they wash up very easily. I'm so thankful the shank is seamlessly attached to the blade. The design is perfect. Very nice presentation in the wood block. Fits perfectly on my counter. I also love the price. This is the best set of knives I’ve ever owned. They are lightweight, durable and most importantly super easy to use. The grip and design make cutting, chopping and slicing very easy. I wish I had purchased these instead of my Cutco set. I bought them on sale about 4 months ago and have used them daily. The full price is $200 less than Cutco or major brands but I paid less than $100 on sale! These would be an awesome gift for any occasion.
