I’ve been really happy with this knife set so far. The knives came out of the box very sharp and make cutting everything from vegetables to meat much easier. The handles feel comfortable and secure, and the different knife sizes cover just about every task I need in the kitchen. I also like that the universal knife block doesn’t take up too much counter space and can hold the knives securely. Purchased this set for our camping trips. They are such great knives! Sharp and make it easier to do everything. The holder is very camper friendly too, just lay it on its side where it can’t roll and it travels just fine. Good quality. I highly recommend.
