Thank you for this useful & utilitarian Knife & scissor Set. Having covered higher end and moderate sets before, what struck me most about this set was the blades. For example, the 8 inch is a very nice weighty and sturdy blade a person may find in more expensive sets. Where Aesthetics & perhaps that high end quality has been set aside is in the handles, which I think are some sort of plastic? That said, they are practical and serviceable. After making a vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise (with pea protein) tonight, pictured, the knifes did very well. Upon washing you could see a hand wash & dry may be best, some water marking may be possible. Overall, though, the set offers an excellent all-u-need-ness at a fraction of some of the fancier sets. Thanks again! Oh, the knife block/holder, is quite handy, plenty of space and can stick a couple of your spare knifes in there too!

This knife set solves my constant problem of trying to clean a traditional wood knife block. Eventually I throw it away and buy a new one. This set of knives are ergonomically designed and comfortable to hold. The knife stand itself can be rinsed as it has drain holes in the bottom. The super sharp edge is engineered at 56+ Rockwell hardness score and hand polished at 14-16 degrees per side to minimize cutting resistance. These knives are very sharp. They are relatively light and easy to handle. The storage “block” is actually a sleek round container with space for some additional knives over and above what comes with the set. So if you have some other favorites you would like to keep handy there will be room for them in the container. My only issue is that the container is relatively small at the base and is a little unstable so you need to be careful to hold the base when taking knives out so it doesn’t tip over.

This knife said is so nice that it’s actually my second time getting it. I also have the black and brown one and I use both lol. This is very sleek and streamline and does not take up a lot of countertops space as all your knives are in such a small footprint. The knives came extremely sharp and I think one thing that I really like about them is that instead of trying to Put the hole in a specific space that it goes in you just basically slide the knives in and they fit wherever you put them. My old knife block was so annoying having to match up the knives in the spaces and it was one thing that I actually really hate it.these knives feel very good in hand and have been working well for over a month now.

This is not a super high end knife set, but it is not super budget either. The blades are sharp and there are several different shapes for your kitchen use. The knives are a little on the light side, so if you like a knife with a little more heft this may not be for you. The block is nice and compact. Good if you are on a budget and need a set to get you by.

I have a very tiny kitchen, with no real counterspace for a traditional butcher block knife set. This one uses a more flexible and completely vertical system instead of precut slots set at an angle. It's not as handy on the draw or replacement of knives (you need more head space over it, so be careful of low cabinets), but it takes up about half the counterspace. Much handier than having to open and shut a drawer every time I need a knife. In fact, it frees up the drawer space, too, as I don't need to keep my knives there, anymore.

these are very nice knives. they have a nice weight to them, not too thin or heavy. they look very sleek and modern (dont know if the black blades change color down the road as Ive only just received and tried them) but they seem very nice quality. the stand is nice too, though lightweight and plastic, it does the job and look nice. It has many slits to insert the knives and even space for additional ones if you need.
