I still have my full knife wallet from culinary school. However, I’m very fussy about letting others use them. I wanted a set for daily use that would hold up well, but I didn’t want to have a hemorrhage if they were ruined. Are these going to make my other knives quake with fear? No. Are these knives going to handle daily use from the rest of my family and not give out? I believe so. I don’t feel any weakness in the spine or tang that would concern me. And while I prefer a tri-stone for sharpening, having a sharpener included makes it less likely I’ll find my Spyder in pieces on the floor. ... show more

Satisfecho con la compra, el kit esteticamente se ve bonito, el unico problema es que hay que lavar muy bien los cuchillos antes de poner en el lavaplatos y asi y todo salen como sucios. Comparado con otros cuchillos y cubiertos que tengo no me pasa este problema.
