Very nice knife set. Don't know how long the covering/decoration for the knives will hold out, will update if that ever happens. I am hand washing them to keep for the heat of the dish washer. Doesn't seem like dishwasher would be the best for these. As for cutting of fruit, meat, veggies, etc, the knives are cutting with ease. I like the sheath for each knife, will be helpful during the holidays when asking for a specific knife. So far, I am enjoying these. ... show more

The knives are pretty sharp, but the bread knife doesn't seem to be. The rest of them cut good. I do like the colors though and the price is good. We'll see how they hold up.

I love them! Super sharp!!! I didn't need a 16-24 piece knife set, just the basics, and this did not disappoint! I bought a black & white speckled tubular knife holder (wouldn't really call it a block) to match it. These are very well-made and very cool-looking! Great if you're a pacers fan too - I'm not, but regardless, it's a fun gift idea for those who are and would make a great gift for a guy! Definrely recommend!
