I’ve used knee pillows before and they are too big, too uncomfortable, and shift position. That is why after my FIRST night with this one I am writing a review. First the fabric is lovely…soft and feels durable, breathable, and upscale. The profile of the pillow is compact but designed in a way that you can place it in several different configurations to address your specific problem. In my case it is my hips. But I can also see its benefit for knee and lower body issues. I can roll from side to back, and back to side without dislodging it. There is a nice wide strap that you secure to whichever leg you want to secure the pillow to in place for the night. Here comes my only criticism of the product: I can’t figure out why they chose a button to secure it instead of Velcro. I considered taking one star off for it but I love the product so much otherwise that I can’t have it be less than 5 stars. Plus, if you have to get up to pee in the night you can just slide the device down and step out of it without fiddling with the button. So I forgive them. Buy it. ... show more

This pillow is of excellent quality. The memory foam stays firm and doesn't smush down. The cover is soft and almost silky. However, I am 5'5" and weigh 150 lbs, and it was too thick for me. My legs were more extended out than straight with my spine, like I was in the position of a mini side leg lift. My back started hurting very shortly after falling asleep. The strap is also not adjustable and the pillow kept sliding down my leg. If you have a more narrow frame/pelvis, this is not the pillow for you. In theory this is great. However l, I don't have a thigh gap and this is too wide for my legs to be comfortable. It's also a little too long. I'm 5'5. I turned it around so the narrow side was between my thighs but then the strap was on my knees and not comfortable. This would be great if it was a little thinner and not so long. I've had one before the issue is I toss and turn a lot at night which means the pillow is either lost under the blankets or laying on the floor I really enjoy this pillow it is very comfortable an easy to wear throughout the night without waking me up.
