When the WiFi signal is weaker it won't work. It says offline. While other brand smart plug is still working. I have compared to other three brands. The results clearly show its wireless circuit is not good enough for remote control.

I ordered these for my children that always leave lamps, tv's, and game consoles on throughout the day and night. The units are hard to configure, at least for me they were, and are large not allowing other things to be plugged into the same electrical outlet. Once we figured out the app, they work well.

I bought these to use along with their smart power strip. As with their smart power strip, set up was super easy. As I did not want to download multiple apps, I made it a point to buy the same brand on the day that I ordered these. Glad I did because I was able to set everything up in minutes. Just a note that I did not set these up to integrate with Alexa. I am strictly using the timer option in the app only as I use them for grow lights for my plant collection. So for my purposes, this was a great option. Very satisfied!

These were pretty painful to get to set up and you definitely have to use their app. Once completing that, they are super simple to use and a great value for the price. They will get a lot of use in my house just being able to control things that you would otherwise have to unplug. I also like to have a light or two plugged in to turn them on or off even when I am not home. The timer feature will be beneficial to turn things like the tv off when I inevitably fall asleep watching it. Now that I have them setup I will definitely get a few more to add to the collection.

These were difficult for me to set up. I couldn’t get them to work with my 5g internet. I have read there’s a way, but I can’t figure it out. Once I switched the internet they worked well.
