I paid for a new massager and received a used one, the instruction is missing, the box is ripped and taped. After I return the used one and get a new one, I will change this review and change the rating

Klug Stretching Massager Ultra, Effortless auto-Stretching Mat, Ease Back & Neck Pain with 3 Intensity Levels 7 Exceptional Programs, 2 Levels of Heat Function, Foldable & Portable Design First impressions: Nice mat for massaging your back and neck. The mat is well made, all the seams are sewn well and I don’t see any pulled threads. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. Installation/setup: Place on the floor. Undo the velcro to lay it flat. Plug it in and lay on it. Turn it on with the wired remote, choosing the default program or one of the others. Relax and let it work. Final thoughts: The mat is covered in air bags with its own compressor that fills the bags quickly in sequences that massage your back and neck. The bags fill fully or partially to pull and stretch your muscles, sometimes bumping and pulsing to massage. The instructions say there is a weight limit of 265 pounds. I am at the upper limit of the limit but it doesn’t seem to lag or have any problems with that. The mat works really well, it’s amazing. The firmness of the air bags can seem a bit close to uncomfortable at times but that’s just me, the massage chairs I have tried were the same degree of hardness. It squeezes and presses, bending your neck and back and twisting you around easily. My back relaxed so much I could feel it pop in places I haven’t felt in ages. It’s just your upper body from your hips to your neck. It’s really quiet, a slight hum and the releases of air are all you hear. I like this and I’m glad I got it. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

This product appears to do its work by inflating air bladders in various ways to produce a gentle compression against various parts of the body, using gravity as a downward force of the body onto the massager below. I have another massager that uses a mechanical system to gently move jade rollers up and down the spine, along with some heat, so I was curious how this product also performs in the laying down position for massage. Where this product shines is that it really does provide a unique type of pressure to the sides of the neck and/or the lower hip area, and various parts of the back, using the air bladder control system. I felt supported and yet also experienced gentle manipulation of my spine by the slight body curves induced by the various modes. In the first 10 minutes of use I noticed a small adjustment in the middle of my spine that felt like a good release. Another plus is that this product is quite light and folds into an easily stored form so it can be put away when not in use. My other massager is heavy and a cot sized bed form that really takes up a lot of space. I like that this product can easily be moved around or taken to other locations to quickly be set up -- even outside on a summer day. Further, though the instructions indicate you should only use the provided power adapter, the power suppled to the unit by the included adapter is 12 volts DC and draws up to 5amps. This means it could theoretically be powered by a 12 volt system off a vehicle or RV or DC solar system -- which I may do some day. The down side, which I think I can get used to, is there is a bit of air flow noise as a diaphragm/pump moves air into the various bladders to create the massage patterns. It sounds almost like a hospital respirator, only without the regularity you get from breathing, as the various internal air bladders fill and empty in starts and pauses. It isn't super loud, but it is noticeable and might be distracting for some. I also wonder how long the internal air bladders will last before they spring a leak and don't work anymore. The included documentation indicates a 1 year warranty and provides an email contact but no phone number. There are lot of modes you can try with this device, focusing on various parts of the back, along with intensity settings, and the option for some heat. I haven't tried all of the modes yet but the initial experience was pleasant and I'll be using it more. Is it worth the sticker price? It depends on what you are looking for I guess, and whether you can get used to the air movement sounds. As a mobile device, it has a major advantage over other heavy, bulky and difficult to move massagers, so that gives this product an edge in "setup" category. So far I like it.

The media could not be loaded. I am extremely impressed with the performance of this amazing stretching massager. I love how lightweight and easy use it is. As you can see in my photos, this unit rolls onto itself and Velcros together so you can carry it duffle bag style. Absolutely brilliant! I am a 63-year-old medium sized woman and I have no trouble lifting it and placing it wherever I'd like to. The air bag technology is just awesome, as you can see in my video. I feel like I have 2 massage therapists working on my body when I use this unit. There are 4 different modes and I love all of them. I feel like this unit has a mind of its own and treats every part of my neck, upper back, shoulders, spine and even my pelvis. It feels magical. There are 3 intensity settings and 2 heat settings. I feel that the heat really helps the massage to penetrate even deeper, which is brilliant. It is very simple to operate, as you can see in the photo of the remote that I have shared. There are settings for 10, 20 and 30 minutes. I set it for 10 when I started using this and found myself resetting to 30 as soon as I felt how good it was working. I slept very well the night after using it. I slept so soundly that I even had vivid dreams. The next day I did not have the usual morning aches and pains that I usually arise with. This unit really worked out a bunch of kinks that I had in my body. It is well constructed out of durable, sturdy materials. All of the aspects of this massager perform as they should...even better than I had expected. I highly recommend this quality stretching massager. I love it and you will too!
