I bought two of these purely for use as surround speakers for movies. For that purpose, they are excellent. The sound is crisp and clear. I would not use them as primary stereo speakers or front left/right speakers for theater. They are simply too small to produce acceptable ranges of "primary" sound. Replaced a crappie system in our new RV with these. They are well engineered and have the needed sound quality we were after; don't let the small woofer scare you away from buying them, though, they produce amazing sound!

Using these as on ceiling Atmos speakers since I can't mount speaker in ceiling. I have to say the sound these speakers output is comparable to the Klipsch R-51M book shelf speakers that I am using for surrounds and if they were not pricey I would have purchased them instead of the R-51M for surrounds ... show more

Compared to my 15-year-old BA towers, these have a really crisp sound; I can actually hear individual instruments and notes I could not detect before. Paired with RP-240D center speaker and the Monoprice slim sub (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R6Y66QZ) makes for a flush-to-wall AV experience that sounds great.     • Good quality surround speakers
These are a little on the pricy side, but I couldn't find anything even remotely close to these to fit the spot for my rear surround speakers. The sound is great and they work perfectly as surround speakers.
