    • Terrible product
This thing is the worst soundbar I've ever purchased. It won’t connect 80% of the time unless you unplug it and plug it back in then the sub won’t work. Sounds good the 1 in 50 times it works. Klipsch support is terrible. Avoid at all costs. I’m throwing it out and eating the 1,000.

    • A Klipsch fan - disappointed
I have been a long-time Klipsch fan and recently downsized my home. My old Klispch 7.1.2 system was a bit much for the new house, so I opted to try their Cinema 1200 soundbar system. The setup was easy and it definitely fit the space better. Sound was good. Not nearly what I was used to, but that was expected. Bass was a bit much and overpowered the center channel. Speaker volume adjustability was lacking, but I knew that going in. I could live it with. One week later it stopped working. The soundbar would only emit a weird, low-volume, wind-like noise, no matter the source or volume. Imagine the wind whistling in a drafty house. After messing with it for a bit, I unplugged it for a minute and then powered it back up. Problem solved. For a while, then it returned. Nope. This is too expensive to put up with that kind of shoddy performance. Back it went. Sorry Klipsch, the negative reviews are correct with this one. ... show more

    • Needs more audio control
Although the seller shipped a damaged open box. The system works fine. I would give it a 4 out of 5. The system is well done but to my ear is missing some tones. The app should have a more adjustable eq, for the money. A three band is not sufficient. Should be at least a 5 to 10 band EQ for adjustments for this expenses system ... show more

    • A happy klipsch fan
The media could not be loaded. Being a huge Klipsch fan, I had no choice but to get this one. I mean you're talking about a 12' subwoofer. Bruh. This is so powerful, its like you're standing outside while it's thunderstorming and you can feel the anger from the thunderstorms as it rumbles all over the place. If you've seen my recent post about this soundbar, you've probably noticed that I didn't give it a good review. Well I'm here to tell you that that was on my end. I used the plug that powers up the bar 48 instead of using the plug that the 1200 comes with. Indeed I tell you, it makes a difference. Me using the wrong plug made me want to return the soundbar as it was lagging in sound every 2.5 seconds. Then on the day I was about to return it, I decided to try the plug the box came with and boom. It started working like a charm. The clip I'm showing is from The Batman. I must say, even though you the reader aren't experiencing this because it's video recorded on a phone which lacks the full experience, I could've sworn that I was getting punched by Batman. So if you are a sub lover such as me then this is for you. ... show more

I waited patiently fir this product to come out only to be disappointed. Let me start by saying it sounded great WHEN IT WORKED. but there seems to be software issues that Klipsch is aware of. Their solutions didnt solve the numerous problems. So that being said I'm trying to get my money back,but Klipsch customer service is atrocious. I've sent a handful of emails and once I asked for a full refund I've had no response. Now as I'm written this I've been on hold with customer support for over 55 minutes. ... show more

    • Good but could be better for the price you pay
I like it very much.Subwoofer is insane and the sound is very clear.For 2k dollars I expected a lil bit more but I guess the price is for being fancy also and unique design.Anyway this soundbar is awsome.

When it works, it sounds decent. I’m on my second replacement soundbar. First and second soundbar had major issues, sound loss, not turning on, system locks up, Bluetooth not connecting, app not working, etc. My third soundbar had issue with locking up and had to be unplugged to work again, daily occurrence. Klipsch has new firmware update which has fixed this issue and others, no more problems with it. Klipsch support has been great, very helpful. If I would have known it was made in China, I would have looked elsewhere but after a year of screwing around with it, Klipsch has made substantial advancements in the software and firmware corrections.
