Shipping was fast. When I opened the box the carb was in, I didn't see any kind of installation instructions. Make sure you know what gas lines go where when you remove the original carb! The carb is about 1/8" shorter than original and the idle adjustment knob is on the opposite side (right) and you cant get to it without touching the exhaust pipe from the head and potentially burning yourself. After making adjustments for fit (pushing the airbox forward because the carb is shorter) It fired up at the push of the starter. So far its running great and no issues.

This carburetor does not have the proper inlet and outlets for the hose connections. Unfortunately, I am one day out of my return window as well. Definitely worth pulling the carburetor first and comparing the pictures. One star is even too much for this replacement

These carbs are a great value, however the jets in them are way larger than stock. I ended up reinstalling both the stock jets into this carb and it ran great! Also they do not have the deceleration valve, so you get some back firing.

I know this is an aftermarket part, so I don't expect it to be identical, however, it was missing a hole for a vent on the top of the carb. We had to drill it out and add the hole to make it match up. Also, the idle adjustment is on the wrong side, making it difficult to adjust the idle because the plastics cover up the side it is on.

I bought two one for a 2004 vinson 500 and one for a 2007,installed the 2004,runs like crap,backfires a lot,and idols sparatic,sending the one not installed back and going and buy a rebuild kit thru Suzuki,funny my first one did not post,wonder if this one will.

Its not a direct replacement, I was able to make it start and run but would not take fuel. Lots of popping and back firing.
