4 mm is a common size for bicycles, and that’s what I bought this for. I like that it DOES NOT have one of those rolled ends on either side as those can strip hex heads. Good tolerances. I’ll be grabbing 5, 6, , and 8 mm wrenches based on this purchase.

Unless you need a ball-end T-Handle, this one is a great tool to have. The short end is convenient at times and the long end allows reach into narrow openings when the need arises. I have no problems torqueing fasteners snugly with it.

I'm a tech for commercial 3D printer repair (vending machine size) and I initially tried to get away with the Harbor Freight metric hex key set. In short order I rounded the ends off of my most used size so I replaced just that one. Not too long went by before I rounded off another size so I replaced all the sizes I actually use (2.0, 2.5, 3 and 4 mm). It's great that you can order individual keys as I don't need or want to pay for the entire set. But why the inexplicable disparity in pricing? These feel great in the hand. Just a tad small for my hands but I typically buy XL disposable gloves. I can use the short metal hex part that comes out of the side of the handle to have my pinky rest against it so that works out. I measured each one I have and they are all within 0.04 mm or less (always under not over the specified size). The print in the middle of the long hex portion is usually not centered but either too high or low. Not that big of a deal but the text wraps around to the next hex facet and makes it not instantly legible. They hex keys look good, look professional and so far are great to use in comparison to the standard black L keys that are hard to read, awkward to use when they are less than 6 inches in length and are not easily located in my tool bag/roll. I am enjoying these hex keys which is something I thought I would never say about any hex key. ... show more

I bought this tool for a compact circular saw. The "T" handle is comfortable and fits my hand very, very well. Furthermore, the "T" handle helps me to securely loosen/tighten the assembly holding the blade on the saw. There's a rubber holder on the power cord for a 5mm Hex Key so I'm never without the proper tool to change blades, secure the rip fence, etc. (all bolts used to change blades, etc. require a 5mm Hex Key). I've not yet had occasion to use the short hex key protruding from one end of the "T" handle, but I can see how this can be very handy in certain circumstances. Given the low price and high quality of this tool I have no problem purchasing it for a single usage and dedicating it to the saw by attaching it to the power handle.
