Description

Fastening nuts on threaded rod can be a struggle due to the confined space and obstructions around the rod. Lateral movement is limited. On long sections of threaded rod, traditional nut drivers bottom out so you can only get the nut so far up the rod. Klein's Heavy-Duty Nut Driver features a through-handle, completely hollow shaft to allow for nutdriving on unlimited bolt lengths. Wrench assist provides greater torque while the magnetic tips will grab any nut appropriately.

This tool has been a main stay in my bag for years now. I work with a lot of 3/8 hardware to ground equipment in my profession. It actually got a upgrade recently and includes flat edges almost like a hex head so you could also use a wrench to break bolts or nuts loose.

Bought this for installing shelving hung from 3/8" threaded rod with 9/16" nuts, the pass-through hollow-shaft design works GREAT for this task, but still has the thickness and quality you would expect from a KLEIN tool.

The hole that the items go into is barely big enough for a nut. Could have been a few mm deeper. So far it worked ok though. I am going to be using it as a driver for all the bits that are widely varied. This could be not meant for that. Aweosome nutdriver, only complaint was the magnet fell out, had to shut it around a piece of 3/8 all thread and put superglue on the outside to get it glued back in, then pulled the allthread out
