Top Amazon Reviews

🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

The Milwaukee screwdrivers are highly rated for their quality and affordability. The tools are well-forged and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Customers also appreciate the sturdy case that comes with the set, which adds to the organization and durability of the tools. Despite its origin from mainland China, which has raised some concerns regarding tool longevity, the product has thus far proven its worth among users who have opted to purchase and use the set.

Pros

  • 🔧 High-quality and well-made tools
  • 💰 Affordability compared to other brands
  • 💼 Comes with a handy case for organization
  • 📐 Provides a good variety of shapes and sizes

Cons

  • 🇨🇳 Concerns over longevity due to the product's origin from mainland China
  • 📦 Delivery might be slow and packaging might come with a partial address label
  • 🧳 Case might be large for some toolboxes

Should I Buy It?

Overall, the Milwaukee screwdriver set appears to be a worthwhile investment given its high quality and notable affordability. Provided that the potential buyers can tolerate a potentially longer delivery time and adjust to the size of the organizing case, this set of screwdrivers is recommended to those in search of a diverse set of well-built and decently-priced tools.

The screwdriver set is well made, comfortable to hold, don't slip to strip the screw heads either. They are square shank so it possible to use a wrench when additional force is needed. I used Milwaukee tools for years in my profession. This set is replacing a set that over time has become incomplete. Price point is good if you are looking for a high quality professional tool. ... show more

This is a good quality set of screw drivers. I'm taking a star off because of the handle design which has a hole for hanging the tool on a peg board. I find this hole to have a sharp edge that is a bit uncomfortable when my finger happens to align with the hole. I don't think the hanging slot is necessary for a set of screw drivers. ... show more

  • Nice heavy duty product, only time will tell due to the unfortunate PRC country of origin
Style: Single
Well-made old time forged tools on first sight. I bought these on sale for half the normal Amazon price, a Black Friday sale. If anything goes wrong in use, I will let you know. Delivery extremely slow, far beyond an overseas customs issue. Apparently, the vendor/delivery service printed up a partial address label and the US Postal Service had to guess the correct address based on the zipcode and street name once it arrived in the US. I was lucky to receive it at all, it was over a month in delivery. "This has been all over the world," the postal deliverer apologized. The statement is credible, there is an identical delivery code in France. Milwaukee is a good buy when there are sales. I would stick to US-manufactured-only vendors unless there is 1. a really good buy overseas and 2. you do not need the product any time soon. This product is made in mainland/communist China as opposed to the US: Milwaukee supposedly is a US-only manufactured product. It may be prudent to shift production to South Korea or Taiwan if they desire more sales, some will balk at the PRC origin. It comes in a nice case, a little larger than most homeowner toolboxes can tolerate, a little over 11 inches wide by 13.5 inches so you will either be dumping the case, upgrading your toolbox size, or be keeping the screwdrivers separated from your other tools. The case is a nice organizer which most homeowners can badly use. Most toolboxes are a disaster area of junk. Another note to Milwaukee: mainland China is producing a tremendous volume of shabby tools/products and they have been doing so for decades, they are all over Amazon with bizarre manufacturer names. For some reason, that's the company Milwaukee is throwing its reputation among, do you really, really want to be doing that, especially with the prices you are charging? Fundamentally, the pricing versus the country of origin comes off as a bait and switch. I have had tools from mainland China simply snap in half under minimal usage to the point they are a safety hazard to the user and people standing nearby. I broke a hammer head in half with minimal effort, the interior was some sort of poured amalgam of honeycombed metal, it wouldn't even be fair to say it was an alloy of anything 'normal' or expectable. You may want to rethink the country of origin in light of the pricings. ... show more
