From the Manufacturer Vise-Grip Locking C Clamp, measures 9 inches, with a jaw opening of 4-1/2 inches and a throat depth of 4-3/4 inches. The wide jaws provide greater versatility in clamping a variety of shapes, and the flexible jaws require less adjustment.
