Before I bought this chair, I had gotten another which was not what it said it was, electrical problems and low power out put. This chair, I wt is 315lbs and 5'11. A full day to charge up, then try it out. Power chair for sure, easy to drive, up grade, over grass and stone and has extras not told which I think are just very classy, like a remote to bring your chair to where you are, a SOS to ask someone to help you if your stuck, it also will adjust your foot rest. So, happy camper for now, I will write if it changes, but it don't look like it for now.

I am using it and it works for me, so that is good. It is still early in the trial. I am very glad to have an electric wheelchair for travel. It is a game-changer. Regarding some other complaints of incorrect dimensions, I believe Amazon fixed that on its website, but there are still errors in the instruction manual, or the instruction manual applies to several different models and they don’t make that clear. Make sure to compare & verify product specs on different parts of this webpage. Certainly the video showing remote fold-down and set-up does not apply to the KL 80 model that I have. That adds confusion for the buyer. My biggest issue with the wheelchair is that part of the footrest presses against my calves and hurts. See photo attached to this post. I made pads to tie on, but it is not very pretty. It would be a great product upgrade to include standard padding there. The chair does not come with a cup holder, nor is there a place to attach an after-market cup holder should you have one. I built one to attach in the place designed to hold the joystick on the unused armrest. See pictures if you want to do the same. Remember that attachments that stick out must be removable for air travel. Finally, I too had the issue of ordering a Klano and getting one with another brand name. I’ve had previous problems with the alternate brand, and if I had known they were the same company, I wouldn’t have purchased this. But I have it now and it is working. I like its ability to climb a slope. I don’t get the suggested battery life, but I weigh 250 so I expected that. My batteries charged faster than the projected time.

The chair is great and finally gave me some freedom from my house, but it is so much heavier than they stated. I still need help because I can not lift the chair into my van. I wanted it for my own personal freedom, yet I still have to find help before I can use it. So for me, it was a waste of money because I am alone and I can't manage the chair because it is so so so heavy.

Even after reading the instructions and watching the video, the wheelchair does not fold by itself. I tried the remote and nothing. But the wheelchair itself rides smoothly and my son likes it. I am 56 yrs old and it’s hard to manually fold up an electric wheelchair. The device is used by my disabled son. The whole purpose of spending this amount of money was to make it easy for me to transport the wheelchair. The joystick did not come with the option of pressing a button to fold and unfold the chair. It’s only on the remote.

Chair is easy to drive, quality materials definitely is going to last a long time with battery approximately weighs about 64 lb . Easy to fold easy to push around when folded . Met all of my expectations 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this chair absolutely great customer service.

This Wheelchair arrived when expected; and I had some confusion from the beginning, due to the brand name, but contacted the company and it was explained. It's very comfortable, manages easily, & I totally love it and plan to bond with it for many years. Thank you for this product.
