I was worried that as this is particle board, it would look cheap and flimsy. I was WRONG! It is ever so slightly larger than the dog crate so it looks really nice. The curtain that came with it is made of heavy fabric with a little fringe on the end. I didn’t use the Velcro fasteners for the top as it is heavy enough that with a little bit of nonslip shelf liner at the corners, it stays in place. ... show more

This package came in good shape. I love it. I didn't attach with velcro to the cage because I take the cage with me on the go, but while it's at home it's super nice. Sturdy and nice looking.

Purchased this to get some use out of the space on top of the crate for my pups stuff. I like it a lot. The wood is sturdy heavy and thick. I am not using the back cover because I already have crate covers but I can see how it would come in handy and it is very appreciated that’s for sure. It’s little things like that! I do wish that there was another way to attach it to the crate. Since I have the other crate cover on I just sit it on top and it’s not actually attached but the crate is also out of the way so it’s not getting bumped etc etc. I would purchase this product again hands down. ... show more

Great topper for my dog's crate. It fits perfectly! It's looks awesome and it's sturdy too. Nice smooth surface. I place my pets accessories on top. My cat love having another place to lounge and to get away from the dog. I haven't exposed it to moisture so I can't say if it's prone to damage from that. So far it's not easily scratched either.
