Used it a few times and now the portable sauna no longer heats up the water. So dead and hoped I can find a way to contact the seller. Tent design is ok, you’ll need to find a chair that will work for you. I’m only 5’8 and I had to buy a 1’ stool. edit: gave them 5 stars because they reached out to me and sent me a replacement free of charge. great service because i wasn't expecting it. ... show more

It's great! However I'm not a fan that it didn't come with directions. I had to watch some YouTube of similar products. It doesn't come with a chair but I used a camping chair. It gets very hot which is great better than the gym sauna. I got this bc the saunas in my town are closed bc of covid and I will keep using this after. ... show more

    • Not reliable! Stop heating water after 20 used
Its great if it works. We used it for approximately 20 times, or maybe less. It stopped boiling water out of the blue. The display lights are still on but the water stay cool forever

    • Don't waste your money!
I used it only ONCE and it never turned on again. I don't know why, but it died after one use. Waste of money! There is also no directions so I had to figure out how to assemble it and use it. Remote control doesn't even come with a battery.
