The media could not be loaded. this furniture is nice and easy to put together! the cushion is fluffy but the couch is kind of cheaply made due to the fact that the velcro does not stay on and it easy rips off on the ottomans. the only reason i give this couch a 4 star rating is because the back pillows are really flat and uncomfortable. I went to walmart and purchased more polyester to fill the pillows up to my liking and it really helped other than that its a nice couch ... show more

Back pillows are not inflating and are staying very skinny. Looks nothing like on the listing image. Very uncomfortable and looks funny. Very disappointed with my purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this couch is. The cushions are soft yet supportive, and it looks great in my space. The only con is that the back cushions tend to fall over because there isn’t enough Velcro, but that’s an easy fix since more Velcro can be added. Shipping was super fast! I placed my order on December 11th and all the boxes arrived by December 18th. When setting up the couch, I did run into a couple of issues: one of the bases didn’t have pre-drilled holes and I was missing 5 legs. However, the customer service was AMAZING. Truly amazing. They responded quickly, shipped all the missing legs plus a new base, and I received everything within two days. I was nervous at first, but their support team went above and beyond and made the whole situation stress-free. Overall, the couch is comfy, stylish, and the customer service alone makes it worth recommending. ... show more

Sectional was easy to assemble and feels sturdy. Back cushions need velcro or something, they tend to fall when you aren't sitting in front of them. Sits a little straight for a cozy feel, but it is comfy overall. Good value for the price!
