I love, love, LOVE this couch. The whole experience of buying, receiving and building this couch was easy, efficient, and well worth the cost. The color was very close to the item pictures, and the cushions are very comfortable, if on the firmer side. It definitely feels like it will hold up, which I feel is very rare in today’s day and age where everything is very fragile looking and feeling. When the back cushions are on, it’s a bit shallow for sitting, but they are easily stored in the couch when not in use. I have a whole comforter/sheet set plus yarn for easy craft access, and it’s a very comfortable fit. When it’s in bed mode, there is a whole lot of room and you can easily add a mattress topper or something like that over it to make it even more comfortable. It took me working by myself with no breaks about 3-4 hours to get it fully assembled, and I feel like it was a very reasonable build. Overall, I’m really happy with this couch!

I'm obsessed with this couch! It's absolute perfection for our little home. I'd say I got it a a good price! (It was going for around $800 and something & was around $900 and something after tax & I have free shipping) It's better than pictured, easy to put together, convenient, not too big but not too small (it's the perfectsize), very comfy & fluffy! (Has storage in each seat)I love the type of linen they used it's soft yet feels sturdy & manageable. 5/5 definitely recommend! This one is IT.

This grey couch is very big, beautiful, and soft! However, I had to add cushion foam in the sitting cushions and 5 pounds of poly-fil in the back cushions in order for the couch to not only feel comfortable to sit in, but also look as plump as the model photo. I attached a photo showing when I set it up and another photo to show how it looked once I filled it.
