The customer service was fantastic to deal with. The couch itself is comfy for now but definitely won’t be buying again. The pieces slide off from one another and you fall into the pieces when you lay down. Easy to build but if you’re spending the money for a couch…spend it on something better. The sofa is comfortable. Instructions came in the box 3 days after the other boxes were delivered, so I had to put it together without any instructions. It was easy enough to do though. This is honestly the best couch ever!!! The material is soft but cooling it first perfectly in are living room and the bed mode can fit either too tall people laying down or four across comfortably.
