It was delivered earlier than expected and easy enough to assemble. It’s huge and super comfortable. It looks great too, the picture doesn’t do it justice. 2 of the back cushions didn’t fluff up as much as the other 2 but you can’t really tell. The only other thing to note is that I ordered the black simply (because it was the cheapest option) but it’s kind of a dark blueish grey. It doesn’t bother me. Overall, great purchase. ... show more

Pros: This couch is very well made and easy to clean. I have 1 dog & 2 toddlers. I put it together with my toddlers in about 45 minutes or so. I got the 3 seater with one ottoman. It’s 10ft long and wide enough for our family of 4 to all lay down in a cuddle puddle comfortably. My husband is over 6ft as well. It’s nice you can move the pillows around as needed to make it wider in that regard. Cons: my only con is that the back wood wall is not high enough. The pillow backings are higher than the couch itself which is uncomfortable. You can feel the back & the pillow flops in half. If you put it against the wall, then it’s not as noticeable. As the wall provides extra support. This is not the type of couch to leave in the middle of the room in that regard. I am 5’4” and it is not supportive to sit down that way. Without the pillows the couch backing hits me below my shoulder blades. Which is not great for back support.. unless you get some help from the wall as previously stated. I also wish that the sections were not connected by a small metal u-shaped hook. I wish they slide and clicked in together like the arm walls. I despise having small pieces my kids can find and easily lose. All in all it’s a great couch. The fabric is great quality. I just wish it had a lot more back support. Even as a shorter person it’s not great sitting up normally. However, it is a wonderful couch to lay down on and take naps or watch long movies as a family. Our kids like it too. ... show more

Absolutely does not look like the above picture and missing the pillows that go on the ends of the couch. Poor quality and product and they never even responded to any of my correspondence of getting missing items.
