I had been eyeing this couch for a while and had it in my cart for a month, hesitant to buy it because I thought it might look or feel cheap. I previously had a $2,000 couch from Wayfair, and I’m happy to say this one is way nicer and comfier than the large couch I once had. It’s perfect for my small studio! It arrived within a week of ordering, came in two boxes, and was super easy to assemble. It's comfy, soft, and offers spacious seating. Definitely worth the price! The instructions suggested waiting 4-72 hours for the cushions to fully expand, as they come vacuum-sealed, but I couldn’t resist enjoying my new couch right away. ... show more

I don’t ever do reviews but this was a must because I bought it without any reviews to look at so I gambled a little and I am happy to say it was worth the risk. When unboxing it is VERY deceiving, I almost sent it back before even unpacking everything but I went with my gut and it all came together really well, super easy to assemble I did it alone and for an Amazon couch it is very comfortable. The cushions are very thick and plush. I didn’t give five stars because for heavier people you will sink quite a bit into the couch than smaller and average sized people. Other than that this couch is perfect, it’s especially perfect for smaller living rooms or smaller spaces in general! Shipping also was very quick it arrived way earlier than what was predicted by almost a week! FYI it ships in two separate boxes and one box may arrive sooner than the other, we got the first box and then the second box came the next day! ... show more

The customer service was great! My couch came in two boxes and it was assembled in about 40 minutes by one person. It is super soft, more on the firm side, but it’s beautiful! Good fit for a small apartment.

I spent months doing research looking for a couch that would be good for my 1 bedroom. I was a little nervous ordering online and not being able to try it out at the store, but let me tell you.. it was delivered like 2 weeks early and was SO easy to put together. Instructions were clear cut and I put it together by myself in maybe 2 hours. It’s SO comfortable I nap on it all the time! If you’re on the fence- just buy it.
