My daughter and I are huge Hello Kitty fans, so this collab with Kitsch was an easy yes for us. The satin is soft and gentle on the hair, and the rollers themselves are extra large and give a nice curl for longer hair. They are a little heavier than the smaller sizes I’ve used before, but they still stayed in place for me overnight. The standout feature of Kitsch rollers is the bendable wire inside, which makes them superior to other heatless curlers I’ve tried. They’re easier to wrap, stay put better, and produce softer, bouncier curls in the morning. With my long hair, the results were great, but my daughter’s shorter hair didn’t hold as well with these extra-large rollers. This was purchased on a whim, but oh my goodness, this product surprised me a lot. I woke up to big curls. I put it on so tight, and I think it helped make the curts better. It didn’t last throughout the day, but I think I just needed to use better products. It was so easy to use, and glad I have an option to not use heat ob my hair. It didn’t bother me sleeping, and I put a silk bonnet over it to help keep it all in.

I’ve been seeing the heatless curls all over social media. Since I curl my hair on a regular basis, I figured I’d try it. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. My hair does curl easily, so keeping it in the heat less curl set overnight provided soft full waves. I did notice more body in my hair as well. I did try with my hair wet as well as dry. Wrapping wet didn’t allow for my hair to fully dry so the curls were more soft waves. But when I wrapped dry, they turned out more like soft curls. And they held well most of the day. I didn’t even add product in my hair. The only negative I have is that this set is not comfortable to sleep in. If you’re a back sleeper and don’t move side to side like I do, you should be alright. But I like to sleep on my side and it made it difficult to do with the curler in my hair. Besides that, I have to say, it was worth the money spent. I’d probably wear it every night if I can figure out how to sleep with it in. Pro tip: wrap your hair tight - it keeps the curler in and allows for more defined curls in the morning.

I wanted to love this so much since I like Kitch and the original heatless curling rod (smaller size) is my go to. Unfortunately, it’s just too difficult to keep wrapped and uncomfortable to sleep in since it’s so thick. I have thick course hair so it usually wraps around anything nicely and can tolerate a good tug or two but the minute I wrap my hair with this, it unravels and even on the days when it doesn’t magically unravel, the rods thickness causes heaviness that pulls my hair in the wrong spots. I noticed increased breakage around my hairline when using this. On the days I was able to tolerate the tugging and my hair did stay around the rod, the curls did turn out VERY pretty which is why I do give it the 3 stars. I think the main thing is finding a way to keep your hair in place all while avoiding the tugging from how large it is.

My friend’s daughter who is in college, put me on these heatless curlers. They aren’t like the curlers from the 80s where you would put them into your hair and chances were that they would get stuck. This is simple to do and probably took me five minutes the first time trying to do it. You can pop them in before bed. They don’t irritate you, and these are honestly really helpful. Every time I do my heatless curls, my hair is curled and beautiful, and I just pop some hairspray in and I’m ready to go for the day. saves a lot of time when getting ready. Highly recommend.

I would give this product 5 stars but it doesn't come with the clip you need to hold it in place while you wrap the hair around so that was a bummer. Why sell it wo this? I can't use it properly! I haven't gotten around to getting one so I make due. My husband says I look like I'm a cross between English royalty and Laura Ingalls when I wear it around the house. So it does look weird. But if you use it right, it works. Even when my hair is fully dried and I use this approximately 3-4 hours before I go out somewhere, my hair will have some wavey curls to it. I don't have a lot of coordination or patience though and tbh I'm not even sure I'm using it right. Yet when I do I still look okay enough to leave the house. Maybe some other woman out there can relate to me. You want the look but can't be bothered to put in the time to get it. Lol.
