  • Great Quality
Color: Pistachio Size: 9 Piece
These pans are really nice and of great quality. Time will always tell with the ceramic and if it doesn’t scratch. So far so good!

  • Best Set Ever
Color: Pistachio Size: 9 Piece
I absolutely love these pots and pans. They are a cut above the ceramic-coated T-fal set I purchased a few years ago. I love everything about them, and especially the extra-deep sauce pan.

  • Nice looking set and durable to boot.
Color: Pistachio Size: 9 Piece
Kitchenaide is a good name for all kitchen items. So this seemed a good set to get. My daughter has 5 in her family and she is an adventurous cook. She’s gone through some non-name brand cookware and even celebrity endorsed cookware, so it was time to move it up a notch. When she received this box of cookware she felt it was all well packed, and efficiently packed, no wasted space, nothing had a scratch on it. This was also a favorite color of hers. With this set you get: 9 pieces **** 1.5 QT saucepan with a glass lid **** 3 QT saucepan with a glass lid **** 6 QT stock pot with a glass lid **** 8.25” frying pan **** 10” frying pan **** 12.25” frying pan My daughter was impressed by how well boxed they were. She thought the set looked immaculate and seeing them at her house 2 months after she received them, they still look brand new. She has a gas stove and the outsides still look great too. She noted that both the handles on the pans and on the covers will get hot, so was prepared for that. She pointed out the ones on the frying pans took a bit of time or high temps, before they were hot to the touch. She was thrilled that they could go in the oven up to 500 degrees F for the pans (only 350 degrees for the covers). I don’t know how much of that she has done. She purchased some silicone covered utensils to use with these to keep from scratching them and that care shows how they look 2 months later. Also she pointed out that the instructions said not to use cooking spray, just butter or oil. She did comment that eggs still did seem to stick a bit. She is concerned about staining (since the interior is white) in the future, as she does a bunch of foods that could cause this. Tomato sauce for one, but has not see it to date. Overall after having gone through several other sets of cookware, this might be the keeper set. ... show more

  • Look Really Nice; Non Stick Good So Far
Color: Pistachio Size: 9 Piece
Product: KitchenAid Hard Anodized Ceramic Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Pots and Pans Set, 9 Piece - Pistachio I love the way this set of pots looks. While they look nice, how they perform is what is most important to me. These pots perform well for my day-to-day cooking. I don’t do a lot of fancy cooking, but I cook most of my meals. I am using these pots on a glass cooktop. They are working just fine on that surface. However, one of the pots feels a bit rough around the edges of the bottom. That makes me a bit nervous for potentially scratching the cooktop. Thankfully it’s a size I don’t use very often, and I’m just more conscious about not sliding the pot when I use it. It seems like a defect, and I would have expected better quality assurance from the brand. Two of the skillets don’t have lids that will fit them, although this seems to be a trend with sets of pots these days. It’s frustrating, as I tend to use lids at some point with all sizes of my pots and skillets. I am making do with lids from other sets I own. I still have lids from pots I don’t have anymore for this very reason. I am careful that the lids don’t sit down into the pan, even little, to avoid scratching the ceramic. The pans feel substantial without being too heavy. This is important for me as everyone in the house is getting on up there in years, and we just can’t handle heavy pots safely. The pots heat and cook evenly. They also heat up as quickly as I expect with a ceramic pot. The cleanup is easy, although the non-stick quality is a touch below what I’ve experienced with other ceramic pans, although those were more expensive. I do like that the rivets on the inside of the pots are also ceramic coated, unlike some pots where the rivets are stainless. I really like the high sides of the saucepan, as it reduces the amount of spattering when cooking some foods, like tomato sauces. The long handles stay cool when cooking, but the lid handles get hot needing a pot holder to handle. These are ceramic pans, so you should be prepared for the things that are inherent for this type of pan. They have heat limitations. They recommend you don’t use them on high heat cooking, so this isn’t the pan for things like searing. Don’t use metal utensils in them. This includes when they are in the sink. I’m also careful in how I store them. Since I have to store my pans nested inside of each other, I place a HandiWipe between each one to prevent scratching of the surface. Handwashing will preserve the coating life. In general, it’s been my experience that ceramic pans require a fair amount of babying to extend the life of the pan. This is a pretty solid set of pans for the $220 price point, although I feel you are paying for the brand name to a degree. Only time will tell how durable this set really is. I’ll update this review if that becomes an issue. ... show more

  • Inspect coating
Color: Pistachio Size: 9 Piece
Pots and pan have already started to flake . And to clarify that there is no improper use of the pots and pans. Cookware is handwashed only with no excessive abrasives along with plant based soap. No metal utensils whatsoever. So be warry if not on sale.

  • Love these ceramic pans
Color: Pistachio Size: 9 Piece
KitchenAid Hard Anodized Ceramic NonStick Cookware Pots & Pans Set - Pistachio I ordered this KitchenAid Ceramic Cookware set because most of my cookware has seen better days. I have a teenage daughter that is learning to cook and well my cookware has suffered and seen better days. This is a really nice set that includes a 1.5qt, 3 qt and 6qt pot with glass lid and then a 88.25", 10" and 12.25" frying pan. The inside of the pans is a cream/ivory color and the outside is a light green pistachio color and they all have a metal handle. What I really like about ceramic cookware is that you don't have to use oils, butter etc as food does not stick to the service. I can fry or scramble eggs without them sticking. I love these pans. Everything seems to heat up evenly. I would recommend this product to others. ... show more

  • Truly anti-stick
Color: Pistachio Size: 9 Piece
The first thing I cooked with this was eggs. They cooked very well and tasted great, but what was even better was that I could basically just wipe it with a towel and it was clean. It is truly anti-stick! As long as you don’t use metal utensils and scrape them, these things will practically clean themselves. I really like the pistachio color. It is a fairly pale and mute green which looks oddly enough modern and classic at the same time. The only thing I didn’t like is that a colander is not included. It would be nice to have this included in order to do vegetable steaming. However, it is definitely worth the money. ... show more
