I am happy to own this KitchenAid Go Cordless Hand Mixer! I think that it's great that I am able to mix things anywhere in the house. It's equally great not to have to worry about this mixer's cord falling into the food that I am mixing in the mixing bowl because it doesn't have a cord! Yay! It did not take very long to charge this cordless Go mixer. I used it to make Keto buns, which are hamburger style buns made with almond flour, whole psyllium husks, and egg whites. Because of the psyllium husks the Keto buns dough gets thick and gummy. This rechargeable KitchenAid Go mixer had no problem at all dealing with the sticky mass of dough. I love the design of the egg beaters that this Go mixer comes with. I feel that their thin but sturdy design does not hold on to the food that you are mixing like regular egg beaters do. I feel that I am wasting less food using this Go mixer. I am not a fan of the handle on this mixer. I feel that it is not shaped to fit a human hand comfortably. I have new corded mixer that has the same problem, a thick uncomfortable handle. I am thinking that both handles must contain wires or something necessary to the mixer's operation, otherwise, why are they made so thick? The handle on this Go mixer is a bit too wide and a bit too slippery for my liking. The egg beaters and the battery can be stored in the body of this cordless mixer. The mixer must be standing on it's end and the beaters must be inserted into the mixer and facing forward. I wish that there was some way to store the charging cord and the egg beaters in or on the side of the mixer so that I don't lose the cable and so that the mixer takes up less space on the counter. I have made Keto buns twice about a week or two apart. I did that on the first and only charge that this mixer has had and it is still charged. I love the wire beaters, they mix better than the flat metal spokes on my old mixer and are a lot easier to clean. I also love the no cord, variable speed and that it stands on it's own on the counter. Wish I had bought one sooner.
