This was the easiest thing to use, it was honestly fantastic. I used to make sushi years ago and used the double rolling mat wrapped in plastic wrap technique. It worked, but it was a pain. I chose this sushi bazooka because it came with all the extra items. I used everything in this kit. I was able to make 8 rolls of sushi in less than 15 minutes. You just coat the inside of the tube with rice vinegar and the rice comes right out. You don't have to clean it in between making rolls. It wasn't messy at all. It worked exactly like it is advertised. I will make sushi more often now that I have this kit. Anyone can use this as well. Kids can use this, it is so easy! What I like best that it is my first time to use this and it is easy to make sushi with the tools. The rice roll didn't break apart. It is good kit for beginners to make sushi rolls the way they like. The price isn't too expensive when I purchased this. I do recommend for beginners to try this out. My boyfriend and I love going out to sushi together. Every time we would go out, we would say, we could make this at home. Enter this great for beginner, sushi kit. It had all of the pieces we needed to make our rolls. The bamboo mats worked great after some practice rolling, and the veggie slicer and knife were good quality and sharp. The bazooka was super helpful to make consistent rolls. We had a great time in the kitchen together and will definitely be having more at-home sushi dates! ... show more

Really enjoyed getting this item for Spring Break to do with the kids. It was perfect and the kids loved the entire product. We were able to make sushi rolls at home at a fraction of the cost if we were to go out. Unfortunately, the cutting knife will rust QUICKLY! We washed it and even dried it but it still has rust spots all over it after using it twice. Other than that, really great product! ... show more

Me and my family love sushi but hate the prices at restaurants near where we live. It’s a fun experience and made delicious sushi! The kit worked so well, it arrived on the day it was supposed to and everything within the kit is very high quality. The knife works really well and the chopsticks are very nice quality. (Although not pictured, they’re amazing!) If the sushi comes out and breaks apart you need to make sure to squeeze all the way to the end of the cap before removing it!! We had that issue but it was on us, not the kit. :) I’ll be using this a lot! 😊 ... show more
