The media could not be loaded. I decided to give this faucet a try after reading the reviews. I’ve always purchased name brand faucets that costs a lot more but this time I wanted to save some money. It’s actually not much different than my previous delta faucets. Maybe it needs more wiping since it’s not one of those spotless ones but it’s strong and the pulls out easy. The media could not be loaded. Bought this to replace a recalled product. Looked similar to what I had before so I purchased. Unfortunately after only a couple of months this product has stopped working correctly. The "spray" function no longer works - which I would use frequently. Now it is just a basic faucet. Installation is relatively easy except it is a pain in the butt to crawl under your sink and thread hoses through a tiny hole, then line up the large screw fasteners.
