My faucet worked flawlessly for over two years. Then, the button to change from stream to spray started to stick in the spray position. I know I have hard water here so I removed the spray head and soakedit in vinegar. That helped for a couple of weeks. I contacted Arofa, sent a video to them and got a replacement head shipped to me.
