My faucet worked flawlessly for over two years. Then, the button to change from stream to spray started to stick in the spray position. I know I have hard water here so I removed the spray head and soakedit in vinegar. That helped for a couple of weeks. I contacted Arofa, sent a video to them and got a replacement head shipped to me. Very easy to install. I absolutely love the new faucet. The pull down sparayer is great. The only thing I would change is the on/off button, make it so you don't have to hold it to stop the water.

It was unfortunate that this happened within a year but this brand/company has a 5 year warranty period.
