After a little back and forth the seller refunded me half of the dining chair set. I decided that was fair and appreciated him working with me. I had thought, as a prime member, I would be refunded the entire amount and shipping would be paid, but that was not the case. The chairs seemed great, just too modern for the space. The media could not be loaded. These are really beautiful! More beautiful than I expected. They have a mid century modern style. Even though the legs are metal, they have a natural wood finish that actually looks quite good. The linen fabric is beautiful with a teeny tiny sheen to it. The upholstery is very good. I’m impressed. One of the chairs frame has a little detail/scratch in the back, but very minimal. It doesn’t bother me. They are comfortable and feel like they support the back pretty well. The instructions are very clear and easy. Putting them together is ABSOLUTELY easy and quick! They came with everything needed to put together. I have to mention I appreciate the way they were packaged with protection all around. The frames were all taped together with the bag of screws and other pieces all together. I also appreciate the fact that the box had a protective piece of cardboard along the tape (the one you need to cut through to open the box) which adds an extra layer of protection and prevents people from damaging cutting the fabric. The original box was put inside another very big box from Amazon. So, I really value when people are extra careful with the way the package and ship out their products. ... show more

This chairs are completely different of what they look. The craftsmanship is extremely poor. They advertise the chair like a sturdy chair when it is completely the opposite. The chair legs broke only a few DAYS after it was put together. Refunds are extremely hard to process when it comes to this type of furniture not shipped by Amazon.
