This mixer is wonderful, powerful, and aesthetically pleasing. I bought this over the artisan mixers for increased amp power and capacity. First thing I made was a cake with buttercream frosting, turned out pretty good but I can do better. I was very happy with how it beat the butter, fluffed up nice and I wasn't tired from having to hold a hand mixer for ten minutes. Anyone that has made buttercream frosting with a hand held mixer knows what I am talking about. I got a couple of attachments so far, pour lid and different paddle, plenty more to go! I have only used it three times and it is the worst ever dry product gets stuck on the bottom and won't mix 😒 😪 I am now sorry 😞 I bought this machine my old sunbeam was better
