Best ice nuggets ever!!!! 🥰

I love it! I been using it a couple of times to make ice and freeze it. The noise is not even bad either and it has been reliable. The self cleaning is another plus which I have not used it yet but after im done using it I disconnect it and I open the cap that is in the bottom and leave the top open so it can dry out. That part I thought I would hate was to drain it each time but its not bad draining it out after im done making ice since the cap is right in the bottom front. It says its best to use drinking water so I poor two bottles for each batch which I made 3 batches and its lasted me for a week now so it depends how much you use ice and the bottle of water works really good but im thinking of buying a gallon water but i will see because the water taste good and it takes longer to melt not sure if its because its drinking water but its really good. It does take a little to produce a lot of ice and don’t think its not going to melt since its not a freezer basket so I try to dump the basket into my ice bag each time its done and put it into the freezer right away until my next batch is ready. But im really happy with it so far no issues so I hope it lasts me for a long time. This will help when I have parties drinking margaritas, soda or ice coffee with nice little nuggets that are nice to chew they are not super soft but good enough to chew. There were others that I was looking at but you had to use some things to wash it and this one it says to just clean it with water and white vinegar so I thought this one was better for me. I also like that it stops if nuggets get stuck or full so you have to make sure you remove the ice and it automatically start again. I also like that if its out of water it triggers the add water light so you know to add more water. I’m super happy with it 🥰. I didn’t add a picture since there is plenty of pictures in here and its exactly how people describe it. One thing that I did read is not to leave the water without draining it since old water sitting there could cause to taste nasty so that’s why I decided to just drain it out when not in use. I’m impressed. Perfect for RV travel! 9 ice cubes in as little as 7 minutes. Started out thin but got thicker as more were made. 1 fill up of water makes about 72 cubes. THIS DOES NOT KEEP ICE FROZEN This is more to produce and freeze. AI info on this model: “The HZB-12 does NOT keep ice frozen like a freezer does, even when it's on and plugged in. Here's how it actually works: 1. It makes ice, but doesn't store it frozen The machine makes 9 bullet-shaped cubes in about 6-9 minutes and drops them into the basket. The bin below is insulated, but it is not refrigerated. So the ice will slowly melt in the basket. 2. It recycles the melt-water The HZB-12 has an auto-recycle system. Melted water drains back down into the reservoir underneath, and the machine then uses that water to make a new batch of ice. As long as it stays on, it will keep cycling to replace melted ice, but you will always have some water in the bin. If you leave it on overnight, you'll often wake up to a basket that's half water, half ice, and the machine making more. 3. What you should do: • Use it as a producer, not a freezer. Scoop the ice out and put it in your regular freezer if you want to save it. • Leave it on if you're using ice throughout the day — it will maintain a supply, but expect it to run frequently. • Don't add too much water and keep the drain plug in, otherwise it will think it's full. • If you want ice to stay hard and frozen without melting, you need a true under-counter ice maker / freezer combo which costs 4-5x more and has a compressor around the storage bin. Nice little ice maker

Our newly constructed home came with a Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker that constantly gets frozen and stuck and won't work. This item fills that void quite well. It does not take up much space at all, and the ice is small pellets that are perfect for any beverage. There is definitely a noise it makes but it's not nearly as intrusive as the big fridge ice maker (the one that barely works). DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT unless you want to be ill. Purchased this for my 75 year old mother who likes to chew ice. The product worked and made ice for about 6 months. Then started leaking the blue coolant that makes the water turn to ice and my mother started becoming ill daily. I reached out to customer service... oh wait there isn't any. Don't try to call as the number goes to voicemail immediately. I tried 5 different times from multiple different telephone numbers to report and figure it out. Maybe it was just my product but the company should know. They finally responded with an email outreach. Never agreed or apologized just said they would issue a refund. HAHAHA they then proceed to issue me a refund via PayPal for less than the amount I paid and less taxes which amazon always refunds as this is how refunds work. Shame of this company and your product should be pulled from amazon. I will update this review if they atleast make the refund of money just. ... show more

Makes a lot of ice fast !

I love it. Faster than other ice makers I’ve bought . Two full trays fill a gallon zip bag of ice . Lasts me into the next day. Clean your ice makers often , hot room makes it hard for ice maker.
