I do love this coffee machine, it’s a good price to value product. I strongly recommend it to anyone, no matter how they make espresso now. It's easy to operate and provides a good tasting espresso. TIPS: Regular maintenance is very important. I wipe and clean the steam stick everytime, to keep the machine operating well as long as possible. I also strongly recommend buying fresh coffee beans from the coffee shop. You will be amazed at their taste and love it. My conclsion: I am really satisfied with this coffee machine. At this price and with these functions, it works great, is good quality, and I now enjoy a good quality espresso at home. It really adds to my new lifestyle at home ~~

We purchased this machine 4 months ago to replace our Breville espresso machine which had an unsolvable leak. This machine resembles the Breville in many respects, but costs considerably less. We have been very impressed with the quality of the espresso and especially like the feature of the small light that comes on to help you see how much coffee is being ground into the portafilter. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the cleaning light is coming on about every 3 weeks, even though the manual says cleaning only needs to be done every few months. I tried contacting the company to ask why this is happening, but received no reply. So I go ahead and do the cleaning process so that the light will go off and quit blinking, but feel there is something amiss as we only make 4 espressos per day and this isn't enough to necessitate such frequent cleaning.

Got this for my husband for Christmas, and let me tell you it’s worth every penny, because this man used it every single day. It does the job he likes it, but each time when my husband made me ann espresso latte is never hot enough for me, so I always have to microwave mine for an additional minute. But other than that it’s good. The only thing I don’t dislike is that the stainless steel area, it gets all scratched up by the first week. But he’s a man so it doesn’t bother him. Very easy to use and clean.

This has been a great machine for my introduction into home espresso. The integrated burr grinder has been nice to keep the footprint smaller than separate machines. It has all the functionality I wanted in one machine. I'm hooked.

The media could not be loaded. Love this coffee machine! My Delonghi broke after many years of use, it was a gift and very expensive (~$900). I am not willing to pay that much this time, so I was looking for an affordable replacement. I came across this brand, was nervous about the quality, but it really is as advertised. Great quality, left alone at this price point. It make beautiful expresses. The steam wand works very well, which was non-negotiable for me. I make latte with it everyday! I am very pleased with my purchase, will probably gift it to someone as christmas gift as well!
